As I stated, all the flights I’ll take along The Trail will be offset with Climate Care. This is entirely a personal choice but one I believe you should make the effort to research. As you’ll see, the cost to offset is marginal compared to the price our world will ultimately pay.
Please don’t judge this act at anything more than face value, I appreciate there are 1000 different arguments around the subject but if I’m honest, I believe this will do a lot more good than harm. If people put as much effort into doing some good instead of whinging about the people that do it then we would be in a far more positive situation. Right. preaching over, I’m off to cause an oil spill.

Excuse: In theory I was going back up to Myanmar etc, in reality I had to get out of India before I turned stir crazy.
Singapore to Padang (May ‘08)

Excuse: This one’s pretty weak, I’d bought a laptop and needed to claim back the GST (tax) and the only way to do that, is to fly.
Bali to Singapore (Jul ‘08)
