OK. Here’s how it is: I (Ant Stone) am the Owner and content producer of TrailofAnts.com (hereby known as “the Site”), and by agreeing to use my web site, you (hereby known as “the Reader”) should accept and abide by the following terms.

Content

1. It is my responsibility to deliver well-researched content, which does not harm an individual or organisation without just cause. I am the only person answerable for the Site’s content (with the exception of third-party comments), and it is my continual aim to inject a high level of integrity when publishing new content, or in the overall structure of the Site.
2. Although quite rare, the Site does contain content of an adult nature and some explicit language. Parental guidance is advised, and I will not be held responsible for any exposure of inappropriate content to minors.
3. You agree to abide by international Copyright regulations; whereby all content on this Site (including images and text) should not be reproduced elsewhere, without prior permission from the Owner.

Comments

4. I reserve the right to edit or remove comments on blog posts which I feel have been submitted for unreasonable gain. Therefore, all comments should be of an expansive nature, and not contain any of the following: spam, hate, discrimination.
5. You agree to be fully accountable for all comments you leave here on the Site.

Advertising

6. I reserve the right to run advertising on the Site, which I will do so only for companies, organisations and individuals which I feel are operated in an ethical manner. I also reserve the right to refuse all advertising proposals, for any reason.
7. I am not responsible if you as an individual follow any advice given by me or an affiliated company, and things don’t work out. I recommend good travel insurance.
8. The bottom line is: we’re all individuals trying to get along in this world; so let’s not disrespect each other’s basic rights and rip each other off.
