This is really nice to hear, actually. I'm a writer at heart and now, with a study abroad situation and plans to visit South Korea for the summer, I've been aiming to turn that passion into a travel blog. In the beginning I wrote more and then, gradually, felt that photographs would be better for today's click-and-go audience. It's nice to know that people still appreciate writing. I will make sure to check the rhythm of my writing. I agree that it is important for prose to have a musical quality to it.

Hi Ant, my hubby and i are leaving for 6wks for the usa in august! we have pre paid for our tours, flights and some sightseeing eg(disneyworld, graceland) however we are still not sure how much we should be prepared to spend each day! We have all of our accomodation paid for! We are also doing a weeks cruise on the Allure of the seas and would like to know how much to budget for that aswell! Secondally we are then off to the uk and europe for short trips! My hubby has family and friends all over the uk so we are hoping to save major money on lounge hopping or bed sharing! We aren't expected home (Australia) till February 2013 and id like to know an estimate of how much we should be taking? My hubby and i hope to have about 25 000 to 30 000 in savings and both have credit cards to have as back up but we'd love to do Italy, Spain, Amsterdam, all around scotland and on our way home hong kong for 5days! So i know that i havent really given you alot of information but im hoping for some tips - we don't really want to have to work as the employement rate overseas is so bad right now i dont see us easily getting a job but its always an option at least for my hubby who has a british passport. anyhow look forward to hearing from u!

The Bwindi Impenetrable forest is my paradise. Walking through the virgin forest tracking mountain gorillas and the feeling of fresh air with minimal human interference in this region makes me go here often

My paradise is a rather strange one...
It is a completely flat stretch if land that goes on forever, it is filled with green grass, a perfect shade of green. The grass is tall, not like HUGE tall, but the size that when you put your feet on it, it feels like walking on pillows
The sky is a perfect blue, with a few perfectly white clouds to accessorize it.
And the sun is at 12:00.
But the most Important part of this paradise.......

In the middle of this endless stretch of land, is an equally endless road
The road is 1 lane, it's pavement docent look old, but docent look new ethier. And this road goes on forever, and ever, and ever.

And last but not least, on this road is me, with a 1933 BMW R4 motorcycle, with my long hair hanging out, and a 50's style Lether jacket with the same style boots and jeans,
I hear my favorite music playing, not from an iPod, or anything really, it just starts to play, and I hear it

And I drive on this road, no worries, no nothing, forever.....
